I am a passionate leader with expertise in all facets of Learning, Talent and Organizational Development. I have a track record of influencing others to help achieve organizational goals. My employees, peers, and executive leadership say I am an exceptional collaborator and change agent.
I have completed the course work required for a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I am currently working on my dissertation to obtain a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.My experience includes new hire orientation and on-boarding; emerging leader and leadership development; executive level succession planning and talent reviews; performance management and calibration; employee engagement/culture surveys; assessments; career development and coaching; and systems and soft skills training and instructional design.
I have extensive experience in organizational development and project management specifically around: performance management; culture assessments; and evaluation of training needs.
I consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and executives to design training and team interventions; create facilitator and participant guides; evaluate and deploy assessment tools; and deliver virtual and face-to-face training to all levels of employees from hourly to senior management.
Coaching and team development along with deep experience in records, content, and knowledge management merged with adult learning and development is a powerful combination I bring to increase productivity and collaboration.
My experience in academia as an Academic Advisor in an adult accelerated program allowed me the opportunity to coach adults transitioning in their careers and guide them to achieve their academic and career goals and earn their degrees.
